After years of testing phases, schedule changes, and region-specific trials, fans of The Division Resurgence finally have something positive to look forward to. According to the latest update, the game is now expected to launch worldwide before April 2026, meaning players could soon be exploring it on their mobile devices in just about a month.
The Division Resurgence has faced multiple delays since the original 2023 release plans
This news didn’t arrive through a major showcase or formal announcement. Instead, it was shared by Ubisoft’s Freelance Community Manager, Ticksy, who confirmed that the development team is currently aiming for a global release before April 2026.
At the same time, the game’s official X account posted the message “Communications back online,” reinforcing the idea that progress is being made. For long-time followers of the project, this is encouraging news after such a lengthy and uncertain journey.
The Division Resurgence was first unveiled in 2021 as a full mobile installment in Ubisoft’s well-known looter-shooter franchise. Since then, the game has gone through several closed alpha tests, regional beta launches in Southeast Asia and Europe, confirmations of controller support, and multiple postponed release windows.
Originally, the title was targeting a 2023 launch, which later shifted to early 2024, then December 2024, before being delayed again alongside Rainbow Six Mobile. Now that Rainbow Six Mobile has officially launched worldwide on February 23, 2026, it seems logical that The Division Resurgence is next in line.

While there is still no confirmed release date, this update is the strongest indication so far that the game is approaching the final stretch. With April just around the corner, fans only need to wait a little longer. More details are expected to surface as the launch window draws closer.
