What We Know About the Steal A Brainrot Movie
The characters are inspired by surreal internet memes often referred to as “Italian brainrot,” giving the game its absurd humor and chaotic style. This meme-driven energy is expected to carry over into the film adaptation.
As first reported by Deadline, the movie is being developed through a collaboration between the game’s creators, Do Big Studios and Spyder Games, and the production company Story Kitchen, which specializes in adapting games into films. Story Kitchen is also working on a film adaptation of another Roblox title, Grow A Garden.
While plot details remain secret, the film is expected to embrace the same absurd internet culture that fueled the game’s viral success. No release date has been announced yet.
