Brawler progression sits at the core of the Brawl Stars experience. Whether you’re brand new or a long-time veteran, raising your Brawlers to the highest possible Power Level is the main long-term goal, since stronger levels directly translate into better performance in matches. And as every player knows, power often determines victory.
At the moment, Level 11 remains the maximum Power Level, a cap that has been in place since late 2021. More than three years later, with no sign of Level 12, a growing number of players are stuck holding huge amounts of unused Power Points with nothing left to upgrade.
Because of this, many fans have urged Supercell to introduce Power Level 12 as a way to solve the surplus problem and give players new upgrades for their favorite Brawlers. Supercell has now addressed these requests, and unfortunately, the answer is a clear “no.” Still, the reasoning behind that decision makes sense.
Power Level 12 Will Not Be Coming to Brawl Stars Anytime Soon
In a video presenting the 2025 roadmap, Brawl Stars General Manager Frank Keienburg outlined the company’s plans for the near future. While discussing an update scheduled for August 2025, he explained that the team hopes to tackle the Power Point overflow issue — but not by adding Power Level 12.

He pointed out that this situation mainly impacts veteran players who have already fully upgraded every Brawler, rather than the majority of the player base. He also admitted that the team has not yet found a definitive solution to the problem.
That said, he did tease what direction they might take. In the same video, Frank mentioned that they aim to “create something new that feels fun, adds another layer of skill expression, and would mostly be upgraded using Power Points.” This suggests that Supercell is looking beyond simply increasing the Brawler level cap.
We expect that when this new feature is eventually revealed, it will likely function alongside the existing progression system — similar to how Hypercharge works. It shouldn’t drastically disrupt the current Power Point economy, but instead provide players with another meaningful way to spend their accumulated resources.
If and when this mechanic (or even Power Level 12 itself) ever becomes part of the game, Supercell will almost certainly notify players in advance so everyone has time to prepare.
